charming, charming, charming
I enjoyed a spacious room with a comfortable bed that made my stay delightful. The traditional Mallorcan cuisine at dinner was a culinary highlight, complemented by a delicious breakfast that offered a great selection. The location was brilliant, right next to the iconic wooden train station, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.

the hotel was almost charming, except for the 'not-so-soundproof' room where I could hear everything. And let’s not even get started on the 'seasonal' swimming pools, which should be made obvious instead of leaving it to the tragic guessing game. if I could've gotten a complimentary upgrade to match my expectations, I might’ve given you a good review, but alas.

The hotel showcases a charming traditional Mallorcan decor, brilliantly paired with modern amenities. The comfortable beds and extra pillows provided made for delightful nights.
There were times when a rather unpleasant smell wafted through the hotel, possibly from the pool area, which could detract from the overall experience.

Staying here was a changing experience. I appreciated the warm service and enjoyed the flexibility of the half-board option. The evening meals were satisfying, offering a taste of local Mallorcan fare. Each meal felt like a special occasion, and I liked that the hotel was close to the tram stop, making it easy to explore further. I particularly loved starting my mornings with the individually served breakfast.
The windows let in a lot of street noise in the mornings. The bed felt hard, which made it hard to get restful sleep at times.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were incredibly supportive, and having the tram right outside was perfect for exploring Port de Soller with my little ones. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that catered to everyone’s taste and was a great way to start our busy days.
My wife says that the lack of a separate bedroom made it tricky for the kids' early bedtime.
