charming, charming, charming
I enjoyed a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The traditional Mallorcan cuisine at dinner was a culinary highlight, complemented by a delicious breakfast that offered a great selection. The location was great, right next to the iconic wooden train station.
would recommend 😊❤️

The hotel was almost charming, except for the 'not-so-soundproof' room where I could hear everything. And let's not even get started on the 'seasonal' swimming pools, which should be made obvious instead of leaving it to the tragic guessing game. If I could've gotten a complimentary upgrade to match my expectations, I might've given you a good review, but alas.

Varied breakfast with different toppings, local food, and amazingly helpful staff. Comfortable position in the really comfortable area, not far from the centre of Soller, nearby restaurants and the main square which has shops and restaurants.

The hotel showcases a charming traditional Mallorcan decor, brilliantly paired with modern amenities. The comfortable beds and extra pillows provided.
There were times when a rather unpleasant smell wafted through the hotel, possibly from the pool area, which could detract from the overall experience.

Staying here was a changing experience. I appreciated the warm service and enjoyed the flexibility of the half-board option. The evening meals were satisfying, with a taste of local Mallorcan fare. Each meal was like a special occasion, and I liked that the hotel was close to the tram stop. I particularly loved starting my mornings with the individually served breakfast.
The windows let in a lot of street noise in the mornings. The bed felt hard, hard to get restful sleep at times.

The charming decor and traditional Mallorcan ambiance create a cozy atmosphere, complemented by the lovely rooftop pool with fine mountain views. Breakfast features an excellent selection of organic products. The absence of air conditioning was nice, leading to mosquito bites due to the open window. The lack of soundproofing in the room detracted from restful sleep, while limited drawer space in the room was frustrating.

The staff were supportive, and having the tram right outside was perfect for exploring Port de Soller with my little ones. The breakfast buffet had a great selection that catered to everyone's taste and was a great way to start our busy days.
My wife says that the lack of a separate bedroom made it tricky for the kids' early bedtime.

decent stay but dining could improve
The staff provided really good service throughout our four nights. They were attentive and responsive to our needs, which enhanced our experience! The rooftop pool offered fine mountain views, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The decor across the hotel was tasteful.
The dining options, although tasty, could be expanded to offer more variety.
